I called the emergency number at around 6pm on a Friday evening, as a friend with locked in syndrome had the prospect of being shut indoors all weekend as his lift wasn’t working. It’s not a EuroLifts lift and we didn’t have a contract, but John Harding got to Howard and his team by 7.15pm and did a great job in getting the lift working, temporarily so Howard could enjoy his weekend. Highly recommended-and now we are signing them up to do maintenance and repairs for the future.
Our platform stairlift is a lifeline for my husband, enabling me to take him out and engage with the world. Therefore when the lift is not working our lives become very difficult. Euro Lifts have recently taken over the support contract for the lift when it came out of warranty period. They have been absolutely phenomenal with their response times to our callouts. Their assessment of the problems with the lift have been spot on, and have given me confidence that they will enable us to get the optimum use from the lift. Each staff member that I have encountered has been pleasant and professional - and I am not an easy customer to deal with due to my anxiety over the lift. They have provided accurate and truthful information about the status of the ongoing repair . The visiting engineers have been so kind and courteous not only to myself, to Martin also. I look forward to many years of support from them.
We arranged from Cambridge the installation of a stairlift for my mother who lives in North Cornwall. Euro Lifts visited site and post dated a day for installation when I would be available to attend. Their engineer Dan was extremely professional and we are extremely pleased with the installation.
